Women are everywhere
The coffee shop, the department store, the company social function, etc.
They are checking you out all the time.
What often happens is this - a woman sends out some signals to a man. When a woman does this, it is the equivalent of a man saying out aloud from across the room "hey, I like you. I want to meet you and talk". So, it's a courageous step for her to take. Also, it is also noticed by ALL other women in the room.
Often the man is unaware and does not respond. Now, the woman is embarrassed. All the females in the room, the party, etc, saw her "invite" the man over to talk. They all saw that he did not do so.
They all believe he turned her down. She is not good enough.
By learning the signals, you will know who is genuinely interested in you. Also, by using the body language signals yourself, you can reply to her. Look at her & smile, or adjust your tie or watch band. These preening signals tell her you are interested too. It's the beginning of a conversation before you even speak.
